Mr. Gil Shamai – CEO
Since April 2008, Mr. Shamai has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer of WindSL.
He previously held the position of Wind Turbine Programs Manager at RSL Electronics.
Mr. Shamai holds an MBA degree from Haifa University Business School and a B.Sc. in Mathematics & Computer Science from Haifa University.

Mr. Gur Shahar – CFO
Mr. Shahar has been serving for over 13 years as CFO for both public and private companies.
Mr. Shahar carries an extensive experience in finance, marketing and sales.
Mr. Shahar holds an MBA degree from Jerusalem University (expert in Finance and Marketing).

Mr. Haim Rodriguez – VP R&D
Mr. Rodriguez has been heading the Diagnostics & Prognostics team for the past 5 years.
His scope of work includes leading the development of advanced artificial intelligence approaches in HUMS (Health & Usage Monitoring Systems)
with an emphasis on the component individual vibration behavior. This unique approach enables the provision of an all encompassing prognostic solutions.
He has a vast technical development experience, including mechanical systems as well as complex RF communication systems.
Mr. Rodriguez holds a B.Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University (1995),
and completed advanced studies in Electrical Engineering at the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
